Nancy is the president, Principal Realtor® and mortgage broker for Homes and Loans.   Because real estate combines the art of creating the ideal place for joyful life experience and the practical function of creating prosperity through investment, Nancy has always had a true passion for and unique perspective in real estate and lending.  She often quotes Simone De Beauvoir, who says it best "The ideal of happiness has always taken material form in the house, whether cottage or castle."

Nancy has been selling residential property since 1992, and has experienced many economic fluctuations and scenarios of the market since that time.   Her success rests on her core values of serving clients by being knowledgeable, having integrity, and wanting the very best for her clients. 91% of her business comes through referrals.  She keeps foremost in her mind that she is dealing with her client’s life savings and honors their trust with utmost respect.  Most of Nancy's clients consider her much more than a dedicated professional; she is the trusted family advisor.

Professional Background

While working for National University as a Publicity Director and later as an Assistant Dean, Nancy was also studying for her Broker's license, as she envisioned herself selling real estate when she retired.  After leaving NU in 1987, Nancy continued working for other colleges and focused her time on ghostwriting the book "Honesty and Where to Find it" about San Diego businesses. In 1992, after working with a Career Counselor, she realized that her greatest gifts, talents and interests could be best used by entering the field of real estate and lending sooner rather than waiting for retirement. 

Since then, Nancy has dedicated herself to the field and has owned her own real estate and mortgage firm for over twelve years now.   During this period, she has helped hundreds of clients realize their dreams and received numerous awards including "Rookie of the Year" her first year in the business and “Salesperson of the Month” numerous times.  She has also received the honor of being named as a “Superstar” by California Association of Mortgage Brokers, one of only ten people to be given the title at that time.   

Nancy is well known for her consumer seminars and has developed and teaches several valuable classes, including:  "First time Buyer," "How to Buy a Home with Damaged Credit," "Six Credit Rights every Women Should Know," and “If You Have A House, You Need A Plan." She has also written several articles, including "Survival Guide to Moving with Children" and a two part series on “Credit Rights” and “How to Clean Up Negative Credit.”
